The RCI consultants have done design, development, testing and implementation of new computerized Attendance Policy System in NJ Transit. The first phase of which was launched on January 1st 2008. The first phase of the project was delivered on time and within budget by the RCI technical consulting team. The legacy attendance module had been converted to .Net platform by using OOPS concept. The advanced module will comprise of new security system on .Net Platform that will give unique look, performance and flexibility to the entire system.

RCI is a registered vendor for Department of Transportations to provide technical staffing and services. The RCI consultants have worked on the Parking Meter application. By analyzing and understanding the current application and its functionality, our team added new features, and solved many bugs that had been recorded by the end users. Our consultants worked on adding the Inventory module to the application by upgrading the application from ASP.NET 1.1 to ASP.NET 2.0. This application created a entirely new ordering process to allow assigning of multiple cards and multiple payment types in a single screen and also providing visual feedback about non-availability of enough inventory to fulfill a particular order.
RCI participated in the Philadelphia Water Revenue Bureau Customer Information System, “Project OCEAN”. The project goals are to increase revenue, improve service levels, enhance existing processes, reduce costs, etc. RCI developed a reporting model to serve periodic and day-to-day informational needs of the Accounting, Collections and Customer Service Departments of the Water Revenue Bureau. RCI provided business analyses and data architecture on the City of Philadelphia’s Vacant Property Management Information System Project. The application is a complex, highly integrated solution effectively providing imaging, workflow, record keeping and management reporting integration for the Housing business units and interfacing to other City agencies.
