RCI Technologies, Inc. has openings for Software Engineers in Iselin, New Jersey commuting area and other locations nationwide. Duties: Design, develop, create, modify, customize, test, and validate software applications using C, C++, Java, OOPS, MS-SQL, SAP BW(extraction, data modeling, reporting, security), Matlab, Simulink, PSPICE and Windows. Req: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Applications, with at least (2) years of experience in the field. Relocation may be required. Duties: Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments. Establishes standards and best practices for the use of the Rational Unified Process (“RUP”). Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set. Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing. Manages assigned projects from IT Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
Req: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Applications, with at least (2) years of experience in the field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must • Familiarity with software quality assurance concepts • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Project • Experience in writing SLC documentation required.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities shall include, but may not be limited to: *Reviewing, understanding and translating business requirements into functional requirements *Conception of high level design from business and functional requirements within the construct of the enterprise *Understanding and development of gap analysis, migration mapping and planning, risk assessment of additional requirements Candidate should: *Have an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies *Be a self starter/able to work independently or within a team *Be customer oriented *Cost estimation of new engagements and writing of cost estimate proposal and statements of work.

Duties: Required to work with a team to monitor and control daily business operations to assure process execution efficiency and harmonization.
Responsibilities:
Develop requirements specifications and Standard Operating Procedures for new business solutions. Conduct Risk Analysis on current business processes to identify possible short comings and initiate corrective actions. Partner on process improvement initiatives, to increase productivity and reduce error rate.

PMI Certification
